Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited university/college is required.
• Experience in recruiting or sales is required.
• Excellent public speaking, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel for recruitment purposes.

Responsibilities

• Promote the college to increase enrollment.
• Make contact with area principals, counselors, and teachers.
• Attend or help ensure career programs are attended in our area.
• Accommodate tour groups on campus.
• Assist in coordinating collateral recruiting responsibilities on other campuses.
• Visit all schools in the service area.
• Ensure prospective students receive college publications on request.
• Call/write to prospective students and those who do not return.
• Attend scholarship committee meetings to assist with scholarships.
• Assist with advising and career development services during enrollment periods.
• Develop promotional brochures, posters, folders, calendars, and other recruitment materials.
