Job summary

Total Logistics - TLI is seeking a Recruiter to support hiring for CDL drivers, warehouse associates, IT, and administrative roles. You will act as a consultant to hiring managers, build an effective pipeline, and use innovative sourcing to attract talent in a tight market.

You will maintain full-cycle recruitment, engage passive candidates, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR on strategic projects. Occasional networking events will require outside-hour participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience identifying, engaging and recruiting passive candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full cycle recruitment for CDL drivers, warehouse associates, IT, and admin roles.
• Source candidates using advanced recruitment and traditional passive sourcing techniques.
• Proactively communicate with managers on postings, market information, hiring trends, and recruiting best practices.
• Maintain/update applicant database and provide reports such as sourcing and ATS metrics as directed by management.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources on projects and initiatives.
• Attend and plan networking events and career fairs, occasionally outside normal hours.

As a Recruiter at Total Logistics, you will support hiring for prospective CDL drivers warehouse associates, IT positions, and Administrative roles. You will act as a consultant to hiring managers, build an effective pipeline, and employ creative recruiting strategies. Your passion for recruitment and ability to leverage innovative sourcing techniques will be critical to attracting top talent in a tight candidate market.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full cycle recruitment for a broad range of positions with a focus on experienced and entry level CDL Class A Drivers
• Source candidates utilizing advanced recruitment and traditional passive candidate sourcing while continuously innovating new ways to attract talent
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with managers on job postings, talent market information, hiring rends and recruiting best practices
• Maintain/update applicant database and provide reports as requested such as sourcing reports, applicant tracking, and other recruiting based data as directed by management.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources on a variety of projects and initiatives
• Attend and plan networking events, presentations, and other industry related career fairs that will occasionally be outside of normal working hours
