Job summary

Autism Care Partners (ACP) is hiring full-time BCBAs to manage a small caseload and provide clinical supervision across a multidisciplinary team. You will write treatment plans, conduct assessments, and supervise RBTs, ensuring fidelity and high-quality care for children.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Speech-Language Pathologists, OTs, and psychologists, with no weekend shifts. ACP offers a strong benefits package, remote work options one day per week, and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• BCBA and LBA/LABA licensure in applicable states.
• Experience supervising staff and teams.
• Proven ability to coordinate across disciplines and settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of up to 10 clients.
• Write and renew treatment plans and renewals for insurance authorizations.
• Conduct initial/renewal VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R assessments.
• Perform FBAs and develop behavior support plans.
• Supervise RBTs and ensure fidelity of treatment protocols.
• Attend weekly team meetings and provide parent training.

What you'll be doing at Autism Care Partners:

• Manage caseload of no more than 10 clients
• Write and submit treatment plans and treatment plan renewals as required for each insurance authorization period
• Conduct initial and renewal skills assessment (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
• Conduct FBAs and create behavior support plans
• Provide supervision and instruction to direct staff on correct implementation of treatment goals
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
• Ensure fidelity of each client’s treatment program and behavioral protocols
• Oversee data collection by direct staff
• Attend weekly team meetings
• Provide parent training and support

Education and Experience

• Education: master's degree
• Licensures: Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) and LBA / LABA (in required states)
• Supervise Staff? Yes

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to frequently assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) while attending to the needs of active children.
• Must be willing and able to utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan while working with challenging behavior.

Additional Requirements

• No prior criminal history.
• Ability to utilize technology
• Strong computer skills required – Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Windows
• Ability to operate basic office equipment
• Must be at least 18 years of age
