Assists with all aspects of full-cycle recruitment for non-academic vacancies with the ultimate goal of finding the most qualified, interested and affordable candidates, while maintaining stakeholder relationships anddeveloping candidate pipelines of additional prospects for current and future openings.

Demonstrated and proven experience recruiting qualified candidates using a variety of sources.
