Job summary

recruithaus is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for strategy, operations, and business-facing roles. You will heavily source and build candidate pipelines using creative outreach strategies, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and close candidates.

Based in New York City, you will work on-site 4-5 days per week in a fast-moving, hyper-growth environment, with equity and comprehensive health benefits.

We are working with an organization looking for a Recruiter who is comfortable with the pace of a hyper-growth company. This role suits someone who has built their recruiting experience in-house at a fast-moving startup and is looking to bring that background to a company that is still actively shaping its process, where a recruiter's input extends beyond placements. Candidates should be willing to work in the office alongside the team they are hiring for.

What will you be doing?

• Owning full-cycle recruiting for strategy, operations, and business-facing roles across the company
• Heavily sourcing and building candidate pipeline using creative outreach strategies
• Partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and close candidates
• Managing high-volume requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
• Contributing to recruiting playbooks, process improvements, and candidate experience initiatives

Key Requirements

• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth startup
• Experience hiring for operations, strategy, or B2B SaaS roles
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruiting with multiple open reqs
• Must be based in New York City and willing to work on-site 4-5 days per week
