Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a recruiter with 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role focuses on end-to-end尽 recruitment for Physical Therapist positions and requires strong sourcing capabilities.

The position is onsite in NYC for 3-4 days per week with hours from 9am to 5pm. You will partner with hiring managers, manage the candidate lifecycle, and leverage ATS and proactive sourcing to meet hiring targets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven expertise in proactive sourcing and outbound recruiting methods
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of successful placements
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Experience with ATS management and data-driven recruitment strategies
• Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, for Physical Therapist roles.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.

• Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and achieve hiring targets.
• Provide insights on market trends, candidate expectations, and competitor activities.
• Contribute to the team's success by sharing best practices and innovative ideas.
