Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Recruiter to source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and other channels, and to conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess fit.

You will manage end-to-end recruiting, partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and maintain accurate candidate records to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

• Experience using recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing or human resources.

Responsibilities
