• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and applicant tracking systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally to recruiting events, job sites, and community outreach activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for janitorial and facilities service positions.
• Source candidates through community outreach, job fairs, referrals, social media, local organizations, and other recruiting channels.
• Travel to job sites, community events, and hiring locations to engage with potential candidates.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications for open positions.

• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and operations teams regarding staffing needs.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bilingual Field Recruiter to support the recruitment and hiring efforts for our Tennessee region. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for cleaning and facilities service positions.
