Job summary

Trillium Drivers is seeking an experienced Recruiter in Indianapolis to build and maintain a strong pool of qualified drivers for client needs. You will serve as the link between clients and field staff, ensuring top service and timely placements.

You should be a self-starter with strong communication and networking skills, capable of handling compliance and growing accounts. A strong drive to win will help you excel in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Transportation recruiting or staffing experience is a huge plus.
