Job summary

Engauge Workforce Solutions is seeking a results-driven recruiter in Milwaukee to own the full recruiting cycle, sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while exceeding client expectations. You’ll build pipelines, manage relationships, and hit KPIs in a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing or distribution.
• Familiar with ATS platforms (Bullhorn a plus), Office 365, and digital sourcing tools.
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and clients.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and goal-driven.
• Understanding of employment laws and compliance is a plus.
• High school diploma required; degree in HR or business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Screening — Identify and qualify skilled candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, referrals, and your own network.
• Pipeline Building — Maintain a strong, active talent pool so you’re always ahead of client needs.
• Client & Candidate Relationships — Be the trusted point of contact for both sides, keeping communication professional, timely, and aligned with EWS values.
• Hitting Your Numbers — Own your KPIs (billed hours and revenue) and hold yourself to a high standard.
• Process Improvement — Share ideas that make the team faster and smarter.
• ATS Management — Keep Bullhorn accurate and up to date — your data tells your story.

What You'll Do

You’ll own the full recruiting cycle — from proactively sourcing top talent to placing candidates in roles where they’ll thrive. Day to day, that looks like:

Who You Are

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing, skilled trades, or distribution
• Comfortable with ATS platforms (Bullhorn is a plus), Office 365, and digital sourcing tools
• A natural relationship builder — candidates and clients trust you quickly
• Self-motivated and accountable — you don't need hand-holding to hit your goals
• A creative problem-solver who adapts quickly when things shift
• Familiarity with employment laws and compliance standards is a plus
• High school diploma required; degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
