Job summary

Dexian in Miami is seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition team. You will manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units and high-volume roles, partnering with hiring managers to define profiles and drive outcomes.

You will build strong pipelines, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and track metrics in the ATS, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient time-to-fill progress.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for 10-15+ concurrent requisitions across multiple business areas.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Conduct phone and video screenings to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and manage candidate progression through interview and selection.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to improve processes and outcomes.
• Monitor hiring metrics and report on pipeline activity and time-to-fill.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct phone and video screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and manage candidate progression through the interview and selection process.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and timely follow-up.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and hiring outcomes.
• Monitor hiring metrics and provide updates on recruiting progress, pipeline activity, and time-to-fill initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting recruiting efforts across corporate functions
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement experience, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a high-volume recruiting environment.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
