Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches.
• Self-motivated and driven to build a recruiting desk.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit professionals across AEC markets (Architecture, Engineering, Construction).
• Source and engage active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of AEC professionals.
• Conduct outreach, screening, and qualification calls.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and search requirements.
• Manage candidates through interview and offer processes.
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals and other channels.
• Stay informed on market trends, compensation, and talent availability.
• Contribute to growth of the firm's AEC practice.

This is an opportunity for an experienced agency recruiter to join a specialized team, take ownership of AEC searches, and continue developing a successful desk within a growing business.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit professionals across the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction markets
• Source and engage both active and passive candidates
• Build and maintain a strong network of AEC professionals
• Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and qualification calls
• Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs and search requirements
• Manage candidates throughout the interview and offer process
• Develop long‑term relationships with candidates and clients
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Stay informed on AEC market trends, compensation, and talent availability
• Contribute to the continued growth of the firm's AEC practice
