Job summary

RegalCare, a healthcare provider serving skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities across Massachusetts, is seeking a Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet staffing needs.

Collaborate with facility administrators to set hiring priorities, post openings, and manage pipelines.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience preferred, ideally in healthcare or long-term care.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings across several locations.
• Familiarity with online job boards and applicant tracking systems preferred.
