Job summary

Regalcare of Massachusetts is seeking a Regional Recruiter to own the full recruiting cycle for frontline staff across multiple facilities. You will source, engage, and hire CNAs, LPNs, RNs, dietary, housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative support, partnering with facility directors to fill openings quickly.

You will manage licensure verification, background checks, and onboarding, ensuring a strong candidate experience while building a robust pipeline for current and anticipated needs

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles at Regalcare facilities.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Maintain a steady pipeline for current and future openings across MA facilities.
• Phone screen, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with facility leadership.
• Move candidates from application to offer quickly with a positive experience.
• Verify RN/LPN licensure and CNA certification; coordinate background checks and health clearances.
• Collaborate with facility leaders to create weekly and monthly hiring plans.
• Represent Regalcare at nursing schools, training programs, job fairs, and workforce centers.
• Develop and run referral programs and retention incentives with HR and finance.
• Oversee onboarding handoff and support retention during first 90 days.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and report on time-to-fill and turnover metrics.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws and Regalcare policies.
• Write engaging job postings reflecting Regalcare's culture and values.
