In the last 6 years, we’ve become the leading platform connecting people with disabilities to government benefits. We also help victims of accidents, misconduct, and violence get compensation from insurance. So far, we’ve helped over 110,000 people access more than $4 billion in aid, and we’re just getting started.
We’ve raised over $100 million from top VC firms like Fika, Forerunner, GV (Google Ventures), and True Ventures. Our team has grown from 89 to over 151 employees, and we expect to expand further in 2025.
Our goal is to assist over 250,000 Americans in the next two years by providing access to benefits across Disability, Worker's Compensation, and Personal Injury cases. To achieve this, we need to scale our hiring efforts for engineering, design, product, and marketing roles. As a Recruiter, you will architect pipelines, collaborate with hiring managers, and lead efforts to attract and convert top talent.

The salary range is $90,000 to $120,000, plus equity and benefits, determined by experience and internal equity.
This role is fully remote, with flexibility to live anywhere. Occasional travel to LA is covered, with opportunities for retreats and in-person gatherings.
