We aim to help over 250,000 Americans in the next two years access benefits across Disability, Worker's Compensation, and Personal Injury cases. To achieve this, hiring is our top priority. We’re seeking a Recruiter to scale our efforts in engineering, design, product, and marketing. You will develop pipelines, collaborate with hiring managers, and lead our talent acquisition initiatives.

Salary range: $90,000 - $130,000, determined by experience and internal equity.
This is a fully remote role with flexibility. Travel to LA for team gatherings is supported, with quarterly or yearly visits. We prioritize building a strong company culture with in-person events.
