CRB Group in Kansas City is seeking an entry‑level Talent Acquisition professional to support early career recruiting and coordination across regions. You will conduct intern and new graduate phone screens, assist with career fair planning, track metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience while partnering with regional leaders.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Talent Acquisition while gaining exposure to all facets of the recruiting process. The position will spend approximately 50-60% of their time supporting CRB's Early Career recruiting efforts, support the Early Career Program Manager which includes conducting intern and new graduate phone screens, coordinating career fair activities, tracking recruiting metrics and hiring progress, analyzing intern and new graduate data, and partnering with regional leaders to identify and support future talent needs.
The remaining portion of the role will provide recruiting coordination support across the broader Talent Acquisition team. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, supporting hiring activities, managing recruiting logistics, maintaining data accuracy within recruiting systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
This is a highly administrative and collaborative role that offers broad exposure to Talent Acquisition operations, campus recruiting, employer branding, recruiting analytics, and full‑cycle recruiting processes.
