BESTAFF is hiring a Recruiter for our Jeffersonville office — someone who thrives on connecting job seekers with meaningful work and partnering with employers to meet staffing needs.

In this in-office role, you will source, screen, interview, and place candidates across light industrial, warehouse, and logistics positions while delivering exceptional service to applicants and clients. This fast-paced environment rewards detail and relationship-building.

Qualificações

• Experience in recruiting, staffing or HR is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Excellent customer service for job seekers and employer partners.
• Willingness to work 100% in-office.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
• Interviewing and onboarding coordination experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for clients across light industrial, warehouse, and logistics roles.
• Deliver excellent customer service to applicants and clients in every interaction.
• Juggle multiple job orders, candidate pipelines, interviews, and onboarding tasks.
• Contact candidates outside standard hours to schedule or confirm interviews.
• Conduct in-person interviews and onboard new hires at our office and client sites.
• Keep meticulous, organized records so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Travel to client sites for meetings before or after standard hours.
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates; treat each placement as important.
