Job summary

Express Employment Professionals-Indy West on the west side of Indianapolis is seeking an Employment Specialist/Recruiter to partner with department managers and build a strong candidate pipeline. You will attract, hire and retain top talent while managing key client accounts and growing relationships with hiring managers.

The role emphasizes a fast-paced environment, relationship-building, meeting deadlines and achieving ambitious goals.

Qualifications

• No staffing, recruiting, or HR experience is required.
• Passionate about building and maintaining relationships.
• Proven history of meeting deadlines and reaching clearly set goals.
• Capabilities to problem solve, multi-task and communicate effectively.
• Ideal candidate has sales, inside sales and/or recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals in previous roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Source and recruit candidates by using recruiting databases, ATS, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships
• Build influential relationships with hiring managers and manage key accounts.

We are looking for Employment Specialist-Recruiters to join our team on the west side of Indianapolis. We have 2 offices located on the west side of Indianapolis and Lebanon. A successful Employment Specialist/Recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and assist with hiring needs. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline; and building relationship with clients who use Express for staffing.

• $45-50k salary depending on experience, + uncapped commission
