You will develop client partnerships, recruit candidates, and manage the hiring process from sourcing to placement, with a base salary plus commission and performance incentives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding with clients and candidates.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline and track activity in CRM/ATS.
