I Am Boundless in Ohio is seeking a Recruiter to support our non-profit mission by sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for open positions across our programs serving individuals with I/DD.

You will build strong relationships with field staff and clients, manage full-cycle recruiting, ensure compliance, and provide exceptional service while advancing Boundless' commitment to empowerment and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum one year of related experience in healthcare staffing recommended.
• Experience with HRIS software preferred.
• HR certification preferred.

What You'll Do:

As a Recruiter, you'll play a meaningful role in building sound relationships with field staff, generating referrals and prospecting new candidates. The Recruiter must meet company and client expectations for producing quality candidates for open job orders. They must provide excellent customer service while meeting the goals and needs of field personnel.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum one year + of related experience, preferably in the healthcare staffing industry.
• Must possess a high level of knowledge in full cycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, relationship management and due diligence.
• Experience working in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with HRIS software preferred.
• Human Resources certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record, if applicable.
