I Am Boundless is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Ohio to provide direct programming and daily support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes assisting with dietary, laundry, toileting, and housekeeping needs while promoting independence and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate is at least 18, has a high school diploma or equivalent, and can communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including written and spoken.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record.

What You’ll Do:

As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll play a meaningful role in providing direct programming and/or dietary/laundry/toileting/housekeeping support or other support to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age; High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoke and in writing.
• Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year ofexperience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilitiespreferred.

Licensure/Certifications:

• Ability to obtain andmaintainFirst Aid,CPR- adult, child, and infant; delegated nursing. (Trainingwill be provided if not already certified)
