I Am Boundless in Solon, OH is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide direct programming and daily supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily living tasks, meal prep, and caregiving in a compassionate, person-centered environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct programming and daily support (dietary, laundry, toileting, housekeeping) to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Support individuals in activities of daily living in a respectful, person-centered manner.

What You’ll Do:

As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll play a meaningful role in providing direct programming and/or dietary/laundry/toileting/housekeeping support or other support to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age; High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoke and in writing.
• Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year ofexperience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilitiespreferred.

Licensure/Certifications:

• Ability to obtain andmaintainFirst Aid,CPR- adult, child, and infant; delegated nursing. (Trainingwill be provided if not already certified)
