Job summary

Advanced Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine LLC is seeking a Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist to support our urgent care and primary care teams. This hybrid role blends remote sourcing with in-person onboarding and events, including onboarding days and job fairs.

You will source healthcare providers and staff, build candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding, and maintain records in Paycor and Employee Navigator to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared from day one.

Qualifications

• Healthcare recruiting or HR experience (minimum 1 year).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience with Paycor, AssureHire, and Google Workspace preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source healthcare providers and staff through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, networking and events.
• Build relationships and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and team fit.
• Partner with clinic managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and move hiring forward.
• Prepare approved offer letters and keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Own the onboarding process from accepted offer through first-day orientation.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation, background checks, drug screenings, and licensing steps.
• Maintain accurate employee information in Paycor and Employee Navigator.
• Welcome new hires onsite, introduce policies and expectations, distribute uniforms and equipment, and connect them with teams.
• Follow through on details so new employees arrive prepared and feel supported.

Advanced Medical Management & Consulting is seeking a Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist to support our urgent care and primary care teams. From sourcing healthcare providers and clinic staff to coordinating a smooth onboarding experience, your work will support the people behind exceptional patient care.

A Hybrid Role with Connection and Flexibility

This position combines remote recruiting work with meaningful in-person engagement. Onsite attendance is required for new-hire onboarding and orientation, meetings, job fairs, and other recruiting events. Other recruiting and administrative tasks can be completed remotely.

Success in this role requires someone who manages their time independently, stays responsive, and adapts their schedule to hiring priorities and onsite commitments.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications
