Job summary

Contract Transport Services is seeking a Recruiter to support recruiting for CDL drivers, warehouse associates, IT roles, and administrative positions. You will partner with hiring managers to build a strong pipeline and implement creative sourcing strategies in a tight talent market.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, engage passive candidates, and maintain our applicant database. This in-house role is based in Green Bay, WI and requires collaboration with Talent Acquisition and HR on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Experience identifying, engaging and recruiting passive candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full cycle recruitment for a broad range of positions with a focus on experienced and entry level CDL Class A Drivers.
• Source candidates utilizing advanced recruitment and traditional passive candidate sourcing while continuously innovating new ways to attract talent.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with managers on job postings, talent market information, hiring rends and recruiting best practices.
• Maintain/update applicant database and provide reports as requested such as sourcing reports, applicant tracking, and other recruiting based data as directed by management.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources on a variety of projects and initiatives.
• Attend and plan networking events, presentations, and other industry related career fairs that will occasionally be outside of normal working hours.
