Job summary

Stulz Gmbh in Frederick, MD is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage high-volume hiring for our design, manufacturing and technical service teams in a busy plant environment.

You will partner with supervisors, advertise and source candidates, screen, schedule interviews, coordinate background checks and pre-hire processes, and support new employee orientation.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in a business-related field preferred.
• At least 5 years experience in high volume recruiting, preferably in a production, assembly, warehouse, distribution center or similar environment.
• Experience with recruiting Engineers and Technicians, as well as other office positions both hourly and salary.
• HRIS and ATS experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bi-lingual (Spanish and/or Burmese) a plus!

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an office environment in a manufacturing plant. Some flexibilty to work from home, but expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week.
