Lennox is hiring a Field Recruiter in the United States, Florida, Fort Lauderdale to drive high-volume recruiting and support onboarding. You will partner with site leaders, manage sourcing, screening, and interviews, and guide new hires through onboarding and early tenure.

This role emphasizes engagement and a positive candidate experience, with responsibility for stay interviews and workforce-data analysis to improve recruiting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of progressive high-volume experience in recruiting or talent acquisition

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Partner with hiring managers to review recruitment requirements, define applicant qualifications, and develop strategies to meet staffing needs.
• Review resumes, applications, and responses; interview and screen applicants for technical competence, background, and fit.
• Coordinate reference checks and background information; make recommendations based on interviews and data.
• Coordinate offers and pre-employment processes including drug screening, background checks, and processing.
• Provide candidates with job requirements, work location, compensation, benefits, and policies.
• Gather and analyze data on recruiting campaigns, turnover, diversity, and workforce trends.
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding activities; collaborate to improve onboarding and integration.
• Support stay interviews and structured check-ins to assess satisfaction and development needs.

What Drives Success

Under general supervision, the Field Recruiter performs a full range of recruiting activities focused on industrial positions across the organization. This role partners closely with leaders to identify staffing needs, attract and retain qualified talent, support employee engagement, and ensure positive employee experience from hire through onboarding and early tenure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full- cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.


• Partner with hiring managers to review recruitment requirements, define applicant qualifications, and develop strategies to meet organizational staffing and workforce planning needs.


• Review resumes, employment applications, and advertising responses; interview and screen applicants for technical competence, applicable background, skills, career goals, and organizational fit.


• Coordinate and evaluate reference checks and background information related to candidates’ prior employment; make employment recommendations based on interviews, applications, resumes, and reference data.


• Coordinate employment offers with selected candidates and arrange all pre-employment processes including drug screening, background checks, and employment processing.


• Provide candidates with pre-employment information regarding job requirements, work location, compensation, benefits, and employment policies.


• Participate in gathering, preparing, and analyzing employment‑related data including recruiting campaign effectiveness, turnover metrics, diversity and minority employment data, and workforce trends.


• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding activities; collaborate with site operations leaders to evaluate, develop, and continuously improve the onboarding experience and employee integration.


• Support employee engagement initiatives by conducting stay interviews and structured employee check‑ins to assess satisfaction, understand retention drivers, and identify development or support needs.

Minimum Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

• Associates degree required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


• 2 + years of progressive high volume experience in recruiting or talent acquisition

Skills And Competencies

• Strong knowledge of employment interviewing techniques and applicant evaluation methods.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.


• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and increase productivity.


• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

What We Offer

Compensation :

This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $50,000-$55,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
