Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is hiring a Recruiter to attract and place top talent in aviation, MRO, and skilled trades roles. You will source passive candidates, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.

The role requires a minimum of 2–3 years in recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and experience with ATS and Workday Recruiting. Travel up to 25% may be required. Equal opportunity employer.

Featuring complete aircraft nose-to-tail, value-added offerings, including Aircraft & Component Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Services (MRO), Aircraft & Engine Sales and Leasing, Used Serviceable Material (USM) Sales and Parts Exchange, Flight Equipment Asset Management Services, Internally developed aircraft and component modifications (engineered solutions) designed to enhance aircraft performance and operating economics (e.g. AerSale, AerTrak and AerAware).For more information, visit us at www.aersale.com.What we Offer:• Medical Insurance• 100% Employer Paid Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long Term Disability Insurance• 401K with Employer Contribution• Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)• Education Reimbursement (related field)• Employee Referral Program and Recognition Program• Paid Holidays and 15 Paid Time-Off Days annuallyJob Description:Key Responsibilities:Attracts, evaluates, and refers qualified candidates for open positions using a range of sourcing methods, including AerSale’s recruiting website/career site, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms, and other sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, professional networks, trade schools and industry associations, direct/passive candidate outreach).Proactively sources and engages passive candidates through cold-calling and targeted outreach across various recruiting and search platforms to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Develops job advertisements tailored to attract qualified candidates, including for aviation, MRO, and skilled trades positions.Monitors and follows up with hiring managers and designated approvers to ensure the timely completion of offer letters, job changes, and other recruitment-related transactions within Workday.Screens resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements.Contacts candidates to assess fit, interest, and availability, and schedules interviews with hiring managers.Extends employment offers and negotiates compensation within approved guidelines.Builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill, high-volume, or recurring positions, leveraging ongoing relationships with search firms and other sourcing partners.Partners with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team needs, and the most effective sourcing strategy for each role.Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively, balancing speed-to-fill with candidate quality.Maintains accurate, up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) throughout the recruiting lifecycle.Ensures recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws and AerSale policies.May extend internal offers for internal candidates based on need.Up to 25% travel required.Qualifications & Experience :Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field may be required or preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.At least 2-3 years of recruiting experience.Experience recruiting in the aviation industry or a skilled trades industry is highly preferred.Experience in high-volume recruiting or with a recruiting/staffing agency is highly preferred.Demonstrated ability to source candidates through multiple channels, including recruiting websites, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, and search firms.Strong interviewing, negotiation, and offer-management skills.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies; experience with Workday Recruiting is a plus.Hands-on experience utilizing sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, JSfirm.com, and other candidate search platforms to identify and engage qualified talent.Skills & Competencies :Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels; comfortable building pipelines for hard-to-fill or high-volume roles.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; represents AerSale professionally to candidates and search firm partners.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.Sound judgment in compensation negotiation and offer management.Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and understand role-specific and industry-specific hiring needs (e.g., skilled trades, aviation maintenance).Working ConditionsIf you would like to see your career take flight, apply today!Aersale is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
