AerSale, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Senior Associate in Florida to support SEC/SOX compliance, document internal control testing, and assist during audits. The role requires proactive, detail-oriented professionals with accounting focus and strong communication skills.

The candidate will liaise with auditors and finance teams, ensuring timely responses and adherence to internal controls. CPA preferred; 2+ years in public accounting or SOX auditing is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• CPA or CPA Candidate Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in testing internal controls.
• Document process narratives and maintain internal control matrices.
• Assist during risk assessment processes and during audits.
• Coordinate audit requests and provide supporting information.
• Serve as liaison between auditors and Finance/HR/IT teams.
• Respond to management inquiries regarding financial results and ad-hoc reports.
• Pursue continuous improvement of internal processes.

This position will be responsible for documenting internal control testing, as well as supporting the finance team during internal and external audits.
