Codebridge is seeking a recruitment professional in Dover, Delaware to manage the recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance. You will be responsible for proactively finding candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

• Guide candidates through the process, provide timely feedback, and ensure a positive experience.
• Keep our ATS neat and up-to-date – we like order and clarity.
• Make sure our job postings are always clear, current, and engaging.

Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills – you’re persistent, proactive, and attentive to details.
• Experience in conducting HR interviews is a must.
• English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• You know how to sell the role – to the right person, in the right way.
• You take ownership, stay organized, and genuinely care about the quality of your work.
