Job description

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – from first contact to offer acceptance.
• Proactively source candidates who are actually a fit – not just active job seekers.
• Conduct HR interviews, present candidates to hiring teams, and coordinate further steps.
• Guide candidates through the process, provide timely feedback, and ensure a positive experience.
• Keep our ATS neat and up-to-date – we like order and clarity.
• Make sure our job postings are always clear, current, and engaging.

Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills – you’re persistent, proactive, and attentive to details.
• Experience in conducting HR interviews is a must.
• English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• You know how to sell the role – to the right person, in the right way.
• You take ownership, stay organized, and genuinely care about the quality of your work.
