We do not require previous recruiting experience because we provide proper training, tools, resources, and support to help you reach your earning goals. This is a commission-driven position with the opportunity to earn between 30-75% of your production.
Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to fill urgent positions
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in successful placements
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
• Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews; assist in negotiating job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong data management and technological skills
• Business development, client relationship, marketing, or sales background preferred
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills
• A degree is preferred but not required
