gpac, a family-owned executive search firm with over 30 years of experience, is seeking highly motivated individuals for fully remote Search Consultant positions. Our company has grown rapidly and offers an excellent work-life balance, tremendous earning potential with no cap, and comprehensive training and support. No prior recruiting experience is necessary as we provide the necessary tools and coaching. This is a commission-based role with earning potential between 30-75% of your production.

Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
2. Assist in filling urgent positions by partnering with clients.
3. Connect clients with qualified candidates, resulting in successful placements.
4. Use recruiting tools proficiently.
5. Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews, and assist in negotiations.
6. Conduct reference checks on candidates.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data management and technological skills.
• Background in Business Development, Client Relationship, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
• Ability to perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A degree is preferred but not required.
