Job summary

Net2Source Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level Operations roles. You will build strategies, lead intake and sourcing, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers while aligning with DEI and EEO principles.

The role requires 3–10+ years in recruitment, expertise with ATS (Workday preferred), and the ability to travel occasionally. Location options include Amarillo, Minneapolis, or Denver with a hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 3–10+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with consultative partnership to business leaders
• Experience developing recruitment plans and strategies, including diverse talent pools
• Prior ATS experience required; Workday highly preferred
• Knowledge of EEO, Affirmative Action, employment law, and TA metrics
• Ability to travel occasionally and commute to events/company locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake & strategy, sourcing, screening/assessment, interview coordination, candidate presentation, offer development/negotiation, and pre-hire activities
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs, role requirements, talent availability, and market conditions
• Proactively source and engage talent via networking, professional organizations, online platforms, databases, referrals, and creative channels
• Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs
• Serve as a talent advisor on recruiting strategy, candidate selection, compensation, market trends, and process
• Deliver a consistent, best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring leaders
• Embed employer brand, DEI, and EEO principles throughout the process
• Manage multiple requisitions while staying highly organized and responsive
• Work effectively with leaders at all levels, including senior leaders and executives
