Job summary

Uline is seeking a Recruiter at our Texas facility in Irving to manage high-volume recruitment for warehouse, customer service and sales teams. You will partner with hiring managers and use multiple channels to identify top talent, while building relationships with agencies and universities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 3+ years in recruitment, with travel to field locations as needed. On-site workplace with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

• Experience recruiting for warehouse, customer service, office and sales roles.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and MS Office.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for our warehouse, customer service, office and sales teams.

• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties and required qualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan.
• Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other talent organizations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Available for travel to job fairs, recruitment events and field locations.
