Job summary

SIMOS, a TrueBlue company, is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting at our Lockbourne, OH facility, placing ads, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and guiding offers through onboarding to ensure operations are fully staffed.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to build staffing plans, attend job fairs, develop campaigns, and maintain a paperless workflow using ATS/HRIS and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or HRIS.
• Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Overview:

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for all recruiting activities within a facility, you will place advertisements and organize and attend job fairs and other recruiting events in the local community. You will conduct candidate interviews as part of a strategic recruitment plan, that you’ll develop and execute, ensuring our partner operations are fully staffed.

Salary Range: $22.64 - $28.30 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.

Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
