Job summary

TrueBlue, Inc. is seeking a Staffing Specialist in Boardman, OH to support the Territory Manager, recruit applicants, match them with openings, and help manage payroll for temporary workers.

You will build strong customer relationships, navigate our ATS and JobStack app, and help drive staffing solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes service, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task.
• Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.

Overview:

We are searching for a motivated individual who enjoys variety in their day and thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team as a Staffing Specialist. This individual will support the Territory Manager by assisting with daily operations, including helping recruit new applicants, assisting applicants through the employment process, matching applicants with rewarding work, ensuring our customers’ open positions are filled, setting appointments, meeting with new and existing customers, generating sales and more. Location: Boardman, OH

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers and associates

Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.

Physical and Work Requirements:

Branch work environment with frequent customer interaction, constantly operating a computer, phone, and other office equipment.
