ARC Voyagers in Central Ohio is seeking a Recruiter to implement innovative recruitment solutions and attract passionate team members to provide integrated services. Be responsible for the full recruitment journey, partner with hiring managers, source candidates through job boards and referrals, and maintain an engaging candidate experience.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 1-2 years of full-cycle recruiting in a mission-driven setting, and proficiency with ATS

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience.
