Job summary

RamClean is seeking an organized Recruiter to oversee full-cycle recruitment for cleaning staff and support roles across multiple states. You will source candidates, conduct interviews, and collaborate with leadership to attract top talent in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll need 1+ year in recruiting, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills. This is a full-time, in-office role in Cincinnati with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Recruiter to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for cleaning staff and support roles across multiple states. This role involves sourcing candidates, phone screening applicants, conducting interviews, and partnering closely with leadership to ensure we attract and retain top talent.

You’ll need to juggle multiple open roles across multiple states in a high-turnover industry, and maintain strong communication with candidates and new hires.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Source candidates via job boards, employee referrals, and local outreach.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with supervisors.
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously—primarily cleaning roles.
• Schedule and support new hire onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking via digital tools (ATS, spreadsheets, etc.).
• Support HR/admin processes when recruiting slows (documentation, compliance, audits, etc.).

What You Bring to the Table:

Must-Haves:

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting or human resources.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Tech-savvy—comfortable using online tools to post jobs, track applicants, and schedule interviews.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and stays organized under pressure.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with the cleaning/janitorial or facilities industry.
• Knowledge of ATS (we use Paycor Recruiting)
• Experience working in high-turnover environments or hourly workforce recruiting.
