High Point & Affiliated Organizations is seeking an HR-focused professional in Hyannis to support onboarding for new hires and drive full life cycle recruiting. The role emphasizes candidate sourcing, screening, and selection, with a focus on creating a positive onboarding experience for new staff, transfers, graduates and interns.
The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with responsibilities across HR tickets, training reports, and responsive communications.
Program & Location: Hyannis
Education: Bachelor or Associate degree preferred, further education in the field of Human Resources is helpful
Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 (Education & experience dependent)
Status: Full Time
Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday-Friday

High Point has programs located throughout Southeastas Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of HR tasks, including facilitating the onboarding processes for our new hires as well as full life cycle recruiting (candidate sourcing, screening and selection). In addition to the responsibilities listed, a focus area of this role will be managing the experience for new hires, internal transfers, graduates and interns.
