Job summary

St. Luke’s Hospital in Chesterfield, MO, is seeking a patient-focused checkout specialist to support front desk operations and coordination of follow-up care.

You will handle follow-up appointments, collect co-pays, and provide instructions for procedures while answering patient questions. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; experience in a medical office or hospital setting preferred.

• Experience: Previous experience in a medical office or hospital setting.
• Ability to collect co-pays and balances cash drawer daily.
