Schedule:Full-time (40 hours/week) | Mid-shift flexibility | Weekend availability required (e.g., 1 weekend day + 1 weekday off, or full weekend + 2 weekdays off)

About the Role Gear up for peak season! We are looking for an energetic, tech-savvySeasonal Recruiterto help power our onsite Randstad team at the Ulta Beauty distribution center. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the frontline host and hiring engine—connecting top talent with rewarding warehouse associate positions and creating an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to first day on the job.

What You’ll Do

• Fuel the Talent Pipeline:Source, screen, interview, and place top-tier candidates using phone, email, social media, and in-person engagement.
• Lead the Way:Host engaging new-hire orientations and guide guided tours of our fast-paced facility.
• Master the Tech & Admin:Navigate computer systems, adapt to internal software quickly, and keep operations running smoothly with administrative support (filing, auditing, printing, and compliance checks).
• Be the Brand Ambassador:Deliver a warm, professional, and memorable experience for every applicant walking through our doors.

What We’re Looking For

• People Person:Confident and comfortable engaging with applicants across all channels—in person, on the phone, and online.
• Tech-Literate:Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to master new software programs and digital workflows easily.
• Flexible & Adaptable:Ready to jump into mid-shift hours and work weekend shifts to support peak volume.
• Detail-Oriented Multi-tasker: Highly organized with a knack for keeping paperwork, orientation rosters, and candidate files accurate. Spanish or other languages a plus.
