Job summary

PartsBadger, LLC. in Cedarburg, WI, is seeking a Recruiter to own the full recruitment cycle and help scale our growing team. You will partner with every department to attract skilled candidates who fit our do-whatever-it-takes culture.

The role reports to the VP of Finance with a dotted-line to our Sr. HR Generalist, and involves crafting job descriptions, sourcing via multiple channels, screening candidates, and guiding new hires through onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills — able to manage multiple openings at once.
• Professional, personable, and able to build relationships quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles across the company.
• Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and our careers page.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews.
• Extend offers and coordinate background checks and new-hire paperwork.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role needs and interview plans.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system and keep candidates informed at every step.
• Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline health.
• Hand off new hires to HR for onboarding and coordinate with IT and the hiring department.
• Build talent pipelines and manage other recruiting vendors.
• Grow PartsBadger's employer brand through job fairs, schools, and community partnerships.
• Recommend improvements to the hiring process and candidate experience.

What is the Position?

PartsBadger is seeking a Recruiter to find and hire the people who will help us grow. You will own the full recruiting cycle — from understanding what a hiring manager needs to making the offer and welcoming new team members through the door.

You will partner with every department — from Operations to Sales to Finance and everything in between — to attract skilled candidates who fit our do-whatever-it-takes culture. This position reports to the VP of Finance, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to our Sr. HR Generalist.
