Job summary

Dash2 Group is a dynamic recruiting and staffing firm seeking a recruiter to source, pre-screen, and interview qualified professionals for technical and non-technical roles across contract and full-time engagements. The role emphasizes building lasting relationships with candidates and leveraging a broad professional network.

The position supports sourcing and interviewing initiatives, with hybrid work in Boulder, CO or Salt Lake City, UT, and a focus on high-growth, high-performance teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a recruiter, technical and MSP/contract recruiting preferred.
• BA/BS preferred.
• An extensive professional network is a plus.
• Strong communication skills including the ability to articulate ideas via telephone, video, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews to assess candidate skill sets and competencies.
• Maintain, develop and utilize an existing database of candidates.
• Daily searches from multiple job boards to source candidates.
• Assist Account Executives by submitting candidates, documenting profiles, checking references, and matching to open client engagements.

(Note: Hybrid in Boulder, CO preferred, or hybrid in Salt Lake City, UT.)

Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, pre-screening and interviewing qualified professionals with the ultimate goal of developing long lasting relationships with candidates that are available for placement into both technical and non-technical, contract and full-time positions. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your existing communication skills, tap into your creativity and satisfy your entrepreneurial drive while having a great time getting to know people.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct interviews to properly assess skill set and competencies of candidates
• Maintain, develop and utilize an existing database of candidates
• Conduct daily searches from the multiple job boards that are provided
• Assist the Account Executives by submitting candidates, documenting candidate profiles, checking references and determining matches for open client engagements

REQUIREMENTS
