Job summary

Evlo AI in Boston is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for end-to-end recruiting across engineering, product, and GTM teams. You will partner with hiring managers, shape the candidate experience, and drive pipeline velocity in a fast-moving, metrics-driven environment.

You will screen and qualify candidates, coordinate interview feedback, negotiate offers with HR and compensation, and report funnel metrics such as time-to-fill and source-of-hire to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in full-cycle recruiting (in-house or agency) within tech
• Expert sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and related channels
• Proven track record closing senior candidates in competitive markets
• Strong stakeholder management and written communication skills
• Hands-on with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 concurrent roles from intake to offer
• Build diverse candidate pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and targeted outreach
• Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, interview calibration, and debriefs
• Screen and qualify candidates with clear assessments and recommendations
• Own candidate experience across touchpoints with timely, transparent communications
• Negotiate offers and manage closing in partnership with HR and compensation
• Track funnel metrics (time-to-fill, source-of-hire, offer-accept rate) for leadership

About The Role

The role owns full-cycle recruiting for a fast-growing technology company, driving hires across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams from sourcing through offer close.

You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, own pipeline health and hiring velocity, and shape a candidate experience that strengthens the employer brand in a competitive talent market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 concurrent roles, from intake through signed offer
• Build diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreach
• Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, interview calibration, and structured debriefs
• Screen and qualify candidates, providing hiring managers with clear assessments and recommendations
• Own candidate experience across every touchpoint, keeping communication timely and transparent
• Negotiate offers and manage closing in partnership with HR and compensation teams
• Track and report funnel metrics - time-to-fill, source-of-hire, offer-accept rate - to hiring leadership

What We Are Looking For

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency, ideally in tech
• Expert-level sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter and adjacent sourcing channels
• Track record of closing senior candidates in competitive markets
• Strong stakeholder management and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
• Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving, metrics-driven environment
• Bonus: experience recruiting for engineering roles (backend, infrastructure, ML) or familiarity with technical interview processes
