Job summary

Coastal Security Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Recruiter to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates ahead of need, so openings can be filled quickly rather than sourced from scratch each time.

The role will grow as CSSI expands into new markets. The ideal candidate will have recruiting or talent acquisition experience, familiarity with ATS, and strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple pipelines across locations.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience required.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) required.
• Nationwide or multi-region recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple pipelines.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.

• Source, screen, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple locations
• Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process
• Coordinate background checks and licensing requirements through to completion
• Apply consistent, standardized interview and evaluation practices across all candidates
• Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs, interviews, and hiring decisions
• Manage recruiting systems and provide regular reporting on pipeline health and hiring metrics

Position Summary

CSSI is hiring a full-time Recruiter to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates ahead of need, so openings can be filled quickly rather than sourced from scratch each time. This role is expected to grow in scope as CSSI expands into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple locations
• Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process, even when no position is immediately available
• Coordinate background checks and licensing requirements through to completion
• Apply consistent, standardized interview and evaluation practices across all candidates
• Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs, interviews, and hiring decisions
• Manage recruiting systems and provide regular reporting on pipeline health and hiring metrics

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience required; high-volume industry experience strongly preferred
• Nationwide or multi-region recruiting experience strongly preferred, given CSSI's active expansion into new markets
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) required
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent pipelines
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication

Compensation & Schedule

• $55,000/year, full-time
