Job summary

Linked, LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter in Michigan to source, screen, and place candidates for open roles. This full-time position involves high-volume phone outreach, candidate qualification, and scheduling interviews across Almont and Sterling Heights offices.

The role rewards proactive, organized professionals with commission on placements and growth opportunities within a fast-paced team. Prior customer service or recruiting experience is a plus.

• Computer savvy and comfortable learning new systems and software.

• Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Travel between Almont and Sterling Heights offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally at recruiting events.
• Help develop relationships with local businesses and candidates.
• Work toward placement goals and earn commission on successful placements.
