Aston Carter is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, operations, facilities, and corporate openings. This onsite role in San Diego, CA requires partnering with hiring managers, managing a high-volume requisition load, and guiding candidates from kickoff to offer acceptance.

We look for proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, the ability to handle 40+ requisitions, and strong sourcing and assessment skills.

High-Volume Recruiting | Technical & Corporate Hiring | 9/80 Schedule

We're seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of openings, including engineering, manufacturing, operations, facilities, and corporate positions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with hiring managers, managing a high-volume requisition load, and driving hiring efforts from kickoff through offer acceptance.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance
• Support hiring across technical, engineering, manufacturing, facilities, and corporate functions
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines
• Conduct phone screens and present qualified candidates to hiring teams
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to align on hiring strategies and compensation recommendations
• Manage requisitions across multiple local sites
• Maintain recruiting activity and candidate records within the ATS
• Adapt to changing hiring priorities and business needs

• Experience supporting a mix of professional, technical, manufacturing, engineering, or operations roles
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using BrassRing or similar applicant tracking systems
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defense, or technical environments
• Experience partnering with HR, Finance, and business leadership teams
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and pipeline management

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $47.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
