Job summary

Blue Link Wireless is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition across our multi-state, multi-unit retail organization. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting and partners closely with the Director of Talent for visibility and mentorship.

You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews using Greenhouse, maintain candidate records, and ensure timely, professional communication with applicants. Travel up to 10% and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a multi-unit or retail environment.
• Experience with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system; familiarity with Indeed a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for frontline and store leadership roles across a multi-unit retail organization
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for open requisitions using Greenhouse ATS
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely and professional communication
• Provide compliance oversight from a recruiting perspective, working across multiple leaders and departments to ensure consistent, compliant hiring practices

The Role

• Support full-cycle recruiting for frontline and store leadership roles across a multi-unit retail organization
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for open requisitions using Greenhouse ATS
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely and professional communication
