Inceed is hiring an onsite Recruiter based in Addison, TX to strengthen internal recruiting from early outreach through final offer. You will collaborate with hiring leaders to define staffing needs, build talent pipelines, and support recruiting operations across locations while maintaining accurate tracking and compliance.

This position offers $80,000–$100,000 per year depending on experience. The role is office-based, with occasional travel to company sites and recruiting events.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in a multi-location or operational environment.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer support.
• Partner with hiring managers to align staffing needs and job requirements.
• Develop and maintain clear, compliant job descriptions.
• Source candidates using online platforms and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Support offer steps including reference checks and background screening.
• Build relationships with agencies, schools, and military offices.
• Represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and track recruiting metrics.
• Support onboarding and other HR-related initiatives as needed.

This position offers $80,000–$100,000 per year depending on experience. The role is office-based, with occasional travel to company sites and recruiting events. A drug screen and background check are required, and sponsorship cannot be provided at this time.
